OAPL Planning and Guidance
- Services of qualified leaders from Odati Adventures on the trip.
- OA Tour Leader: Includes guidance, accommodation, travel, meals, and bicycle-related support.
- Additional technical support for groups larger than 10 clients (non-riding).
- Odati Adventures’ advice, planning, and arrangements: Tailored to your specific requirements.
Accommodation
- All accommodation during the course of the tour from pickup point to drop-off, as per the itinerary, on a double sharing basis:
- 03 Nights stay in Hotel ( Leh )
- 03 Nights stay in Resort ( Sakti )
- 04 Nights stay in Home stay ( Hanle )
- Single Supplement: Available based on availability.
Meals
- All meals as per the itinerary:
- Breakfast: 11 total (provided at the place of stay)
- Lunch: 04 at place of stay, 05 en-route
- Dinner: 09 at place of stay
Support Vehicle
- Airport Pickup and Drop: Toyota Innova or equivalent (Non-AC) for the group.
- All surface travel: As per itinerary, using Toyota Innova or equivalent (non-AC) for the group.
- Maximum of 4 passengers per car.
- One camper vehicle: To carry bicycles (From Day 06 to Day 10).
Permit
- All necessary permits for entry to various regions and areas, as per the current government rules and orders (where applicable).
Other Riding-Related Services
- Storage for bicycle boxes: Available in Leh during the course of the tour.
- List of what to carry: Provided in advance to riders.
- Cycle toolkit: For roadside repairs.
- Support during riding:
- Bottled drinking water, electrolytes, fresh fruits, and nutritional support.
- Basic first aid kit: Carried by OA staff as a safety measure.
GST
- GST @ 5% will be applied.
Travel
- Travel from place of origin to Leh and back: Costs for flights and related travel arrangements.
- Airfares, visa charges, departure taxes, etc. as applicable.
- Cost of transport of bicycles via air: Charges for transporting bicycles.
Transport
- Upgrades: Any upgrades from the previously mentioned transport arrangements.
- Individual airport pickup and drop: As applicable.
- AC charges for transport: If you wish to use air conditioning in the transport, please consult directly with the taxi operator for rates.
- Additional special tours/route diversions: Extra charges for tours or route diversions not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Special detours for non-riders: Additional costs if detours are required for non-riders.
- Note: Transport in Ladakh is charged per route, not by mileage, time, or number of occupants.
Accommodation & Meals
- Additional stay: Any extra nights beyond the mentioned accommodation.
- Single Supplement: As mentioned separately above.
- Excess stay and meals: If the itinerary is modified due to bad weather, strikes, political/local unrest, roadwork, etc.
- Extra nights’ accommodation: Beyond what is stated in the itinerary.
Entry Charges
- Entry fees: Charges at various monasteries and places of interest (typically INR 50-100 per person).
Bicycles
- Cost of hiring bicycles: Charges for renting bicycles.
- Cost of transport of bicycles via air: Charges for flying bicycles.
- Cost of hiring a bicycle expert/mechanic: If you need a professional for bicycle maintenance or repairs.
- Cost of carrying and hiring spare bicycles: Includes charges for spare bicycles, spares, and accessories.
Insurance
- Travel, Medical, and Adventure Insurance: For any medical emergencies or travel-related incidents.
- Rescue/Medical charges: In case of illness, accident, or medical emergencies.
- Special hygiene-related medical emergencies: Includes costs for emergency hygiene measures during epidemics or health crises.
- Bicycle or Equipment Insurance: To protect against damage, theft, or accidents involving bicycles or equipment.

- Expenses of personal nature:
- Beverages such as soft drinks, juices, etc.
- Bottled drinking water not provided for the rides.
